Recreational Group - non competitiveNew members born: 2005 -2000 (Age: 6- 11)
| This is a group for those gymnasts who decided not to take part in A or B level competitions. They like to practice RG and also it help them develop a healthy, strong body. This category is also suitable for girls that are too old to start in the beginners group. |

| Gymnasts in this group already have one or two years of practical experience with Rhythmic Gymnastics. They want to take part in competitions in the future but are not yet completely ready for it. They continue practicing RG until they can perform the routines with and without apparatus |
Miniemen A&B - CompetitiveBorn: 2002-2001 (Age: 8-10)
| These gymnasts compete in the A or B category at a national level. They consciously choose for a high number of training hours to reach the highest possible competitive level in the future. |
Beloften A&B - CompetitiveBorn: 2000-1999 (Age: 10-12)
| These gymnasts compete in the A or B category at a national level. They consciously choose for a high number of training hours to reach the highest possible competitive level in the future. |
Juniors & Seniors A - CompetitiveBorn: 1998 or earlier (Age: 12 upwards)
| This is the elite troop of the club. These gymnasts compete at the A or B level in national competitions. They choose consciously for many hours of training in order to reach the highest possible international level. These gymnasts can be selected for the Top Sport School for RG. |
